Order Cancellation

You may cancel eligible orders from your profile. Refunds are processed by our team after review.

Product order cancellation

Cancellation window: Orders can be cancelled within 6 day(s) of placement, subject to order status.

• Placed / Processing: 90% of product price is refunded; delivery charge is usually added back if the order is not shipped yet.
• Being Delivered: delivery charge is deducted from your refund.
• After delivery, cancellation is not available.
• Refunds are processed by our team after review.

Consultation order cancellation

• demo 10% cancellation fee on the consultation fee is deducted from your refund.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you must email us at Care@krishnayanastro.org with your order details. Once we receive your request, we will review it carefully. If your cancellation is eligible, we will begin the refund process. Please note that a 20% deduction will be applied to cover online payment gateway charges. Refunds will be processed to the same payment method used during the original transaction.

The refund may take 8–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card provider. This applies to both credit/debit card payments and net banking. If you do not receive the refund on time, please check with your bank or card provider.
